* All items are handcrafted and made to order in the Middle East

* The purpose of the items is to make you feel unique for any outfit and event - day and night

Take care of your RUTAGE bags & jewelry by gently cleaning with a cloth, and clothes by washing by hand with soap \ dry clean.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING - Free domestic delivery above 490 Shekel

Domestic shipment:

Free delivery for purchases above 490 Shekels all across Israel.

35 Shekel delivery fee for purchases under 490 Shekels.

Please allow 3-6 business days for shipment to arrive.

Delivery is made between 8 AM and 8 PM weekdays by a third party delivery company.

International shipment (outside of Israel):

Free delivery for purchases above 790 shekel.

105 shekel delivery fee for purchases 790 shekel.

Please allow 2-10 business days for shipment to arrive.

RUTAGE is not responsible for tax payments on international goods entering the country of shipment,

and if one is needed will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check if your country has these fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- If when receiving your purchase you are not happy with it for any reason, please be sure to contact me at hatuka.nofar@gmail.com.

- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of your package, item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Shipping fee is not refundable (in case there were any), as well as return shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

- Deliveries are 35 Shekels. Outside of Israel, the shipping cost will be 120 shekel.

If your item was lost, damaged or returned during the shipping we will be happy to replace it. In any of these cases we will not refund your purchase.
